Ordering & Shipping Information

ArteMedics can take orders via email at orders@artemedics.com, by phone at +1-612-355-1258, or through the website (click Shop). Orders of standard products will ship out same day if ordered before 5 pm central time.

Custom orders, including vertebral spacers, will typically ship out 48 hours after ordering. Reach out to orders@artemedics.com if faster turnaround times are requested.

Large orders including trays of screw products may take 48 hours to ship from order.

Available shipping speeds include ground, 2-day, standard overnight (by 5 pm), priority overnight (by ~10:30-11 am), or First Overnight (by ~7:30-8:30 am).

Customers ordering at least $500.00 worth of products will receive free 2-day shipping.
