The first of its kind - a digital goniometer that can be used in the sterile field to confidently tell you what angle you are actively targeting with your drills or tools. The AccuAngL is comprised of a sterile case, the electronic unit, and charging accessories for the rechargeable battery. Veterinarians will be able to confidently measure pilot hole angles, range of motion angles, and tool or implant trajectories with immediate feedback. Simply double-tap the screen to create the zero location for your patient and immediately begin to measure. Digital goniometers reduce the variability that comes with manual measurements and offer convenience where a second hand or operator is not required to accurately measure a trajectory.
The sterilizable case has the ability to be attached to many drills and tools. We recommend sterilizable silicone tape to be used with the drill attachment. ArteMedics has designed attachments for some of the most popular drills and other flexible options to be mounted to various tools and instruments. Feedback on fit is welcome and custom attachments can be quickly manufactured.
The AccuAngL System ($1099.00) comes with:
(1) Digital goniometer unit
(1) Sterilizable case designed for easy placement with secure screw closure
(1) Removable, rechargeable battery capable of 4+ hours of continuous use
(1) Charging block with USB cable
(1) Pack of 5 sterilizable silicone tape to secure mount to drill
Additional accessories available for purchase include:
Sterilizable drill mounts (available by drill diameter or specific brand; able to create additional designs based on veterinarian-specific measurements)
Additional battery unit
Additional sterilizable case
Please note that the sterilizable case and drill mounts are sterilizable by ethylene oxide and autoclave. Flash autoclave cycles are not compatible. The goniometer unit can not be sterilized!
